^ Concur. More and more of the demographic that is either retiring or approaching retirement has different interests. Golf is not as big a deal as it was to previous generations. Younger retirees are more interested in outdoors, walking, hiking, cycling, running, etc. than a more golf and country club lifestyle. In general.
