Yes it is colder and wetter this year than normal. Last year at this time everyone was talking about burnt up golf courses and empty holding ponds because of the hot dry weather..
The NOAA predicted El NiƱo is expected to continue through the Northern Hemisphere this winter. That means a split jet stream with a southern jet right over Florida. Translation: cooler and wetter this winter.....sorry.
