As far as your mentioning that The Villages Cart Stores only service what they sell, well they sell at least 400 new carts a month so they have no choice to make sure that can take care of "Their Customers". Smart business!

Whoa! Even if they only profit $100/cart (which I find to be low), that's $40K gross/mo income! Not bad! Especially when you are owned by the landlord so you can set your own space lease ;-)
