As far as your mentioning that The Villages Cart Stores only service what they sell, well they sell at least 400 new carts a month so they have no choice to make sure that can take care of "Their Customers". Smart business!

Respectfully disagree, they will only service carts they sell in their attempt to maintain their monopoly. Could you imagine a Toyota dealer saying they sell so many cars they won't service cars purchased elsewhere. It's not smart business, it's called monopolistic practice.
