You should try to do it yourself. My covid lock-down project was restoring a 1976 Honda CJ360T that sat for 30 years. My son and I took it down to the frame and rebuilt everything. I also did my first spray paint job and from 5 feet away looks great.

There are tons of videos on utube and parts are available. There are also companies that specialize in the old Honda twins like "common-motor.com"

I think the biggest problem in having someone restore your old bike is they would probably charge you way more than the bike would be worth restored.
