My wife need 2 last year and we have a FEDVIP coverage plan. Still had out of pocket costs of over $5K for the two of them and did not cure pain she was having in jaw which was original problem. Referred to UF/Shands and determined she had clogged saliva glands and needed a surgical procedure. BTW, Shands Dental School accepts patients and have some discounted prices, but 75 miles to Gainesville.
