Can you not 'Freecycle' them??
I get rid of a lot of stuff this way. Saves things going in to the landfill!! You will be surprised what folks will take of your hands:
The Freecycle Network™ is made up of 4,833 groups with 6,572,222 members across the globe. It's a grassroots and entirely nonprofit movement of people who are giving (and getting) stuff for free in their own towns and thus keeping good stuff out of landfills.
I found these for you: SumterCtyFlFreecycle-owner@yahoogroups.com
