Starting in the mid-90's, up north, I began to get implants. I'd first (years before that) had root canals. I would never-ever go to a different country to have the work done. Reason being---"IF" you had problems and had an emergency here, no dentist would care to treat you. Yes, these procedures are expensive but being safe is another factor. We didn't have insurance neither---don't think most will cover it anyway.
I had implants done here about 13-14 years ago. Dr. Caylor did them. The dentist I had is no longer in T.V. For root canals, I agree with another that an endodontist should do them. There's a practice that's very good on 103, across from Trinity Springs. They may even do implants there as well.
