Pro-Plus Plumbing - Loren Nelson is terrific! In the past 3 weeks Pro-Plus Plumbing has replaced 3 hot water heaters for me (my home and 2 rental properties). Also, if you want to know how old your hot water heater is and it's not noted on the label, just google "how old is my hot water heater". Many of the heaters are beyond their expected life span and you certainly don't want to wake up or come home to a flood. He also changed out those water line valves beneath the sinks & toilets.
