Congrats Jeanne! We are renting a villa right now in Poinciana...maybe you bought in this area? Of course, we will be moving out Nov. 5th....but we are still really close. Hemingway is just a little further south. Let me know if you need any help when you are moving in. We will be here for another couple of weeks, so should still be here when you close.
