I love the concept and I understand that the NEA, in an effort to reduce the G W Bush inflicted unemployment curse, has commissioned a new Statue of Limitations to be built in every municipality where unemployment exceeds 15%. Pundits have warned Congress and the NEA that it is "Statute of Limitations", not "Statue of Limitations" but Harry & Nancy said they just don't have time to read the entire bill right now but that it will be fixed in committee.

And if I'm going to be designated as one, I want it to be Tsar, not Czar.
