You can subscribe to an IPTV service to get local channels for almost every US market if you have Roku or a Firestick for a fee. Some of these services do offer a 24 hour free trial even.

This MAY give you the game if it doesn't check you IP address and see you are outside of its area. If you get the game and you have a Smart TV, you can project your PC laptop to your TV.
1. Ensure that the TV and laptop are both Wi-Fi enabled.
2. Navigate to Settings > System > Display on your laptop.
3. Click Connect to a wireless display underneath the Multiple displays header.
4. Click on your TV when it appears in the list to connect your laptop.
