Brilliant idea on coversion - Richmond is an out-and-back 18, make it an EXEC! They also have ANOTHER Pich-n-Putt being built south of Turnpike near East Port. Very UNNECESSARY expense with Mickee Lee P-n-P 5 minutes away.
