People speak of the cement factory only in the context of view. I’d be more worried about potential health hazard of living in close proximity of a cement factory (there are many studies on the subject that one can search and draw their own conclusions). For me anyway, it makes Moultrie Creek a non-starter. But again, do your own research on the subject and make your own judgements.
