Yes, you are right about that. I have been referring to a cart lane as a MMP. My mistake. Having said that........I'm still looking for a link that states the pedestrian has right of way on a MMP. I don't see that in writing in the information I have looked at.

Do pedestrians have the right of way on a cart path that is adjacent to a roadway (such as Odell Circle)?
