I also never go over the center line when driving an automobile. That is dangerous. I will never understand why drivers move to the left of the center line when a golf cart is coming up on their right in the MMP. There is room for both of you unless you are driving a huge truck with a wide load.

You are so wrong. First off you must move left for any emergency vehicle up ahead. Not if you think you are going to hit them. But, for the safety of those doing their job. Secondly, All pedestrians and bikes would have the right of way over a motor vehicle even in the roadway. You don't give them the RoW and hit them. You'll find out soon even, that you will be held liable. Let's know the law.
