I quit cigarettes when I was 23. I quit pot around the same time. I have taken long breaks from alcohol, but enjoy an occasional drink, mostly wine. I do not like to drink to excess. And I once quit coffee for 6 months.
Coffee was by far the most difficult thing among those to quit. I had a headache for days.

It's also, in my estimation, probably the least dangerous of those above mentioned vices, so I'm cool with my addiction to it, but it amazed me how miserable it made me when I was trying to quit. Way worse than cigs or the others.
