25 minutes to amenities? I'm confused. There are amenities right there in the center of Dabney - pool pickle ball courts, etc. Retail establishments are not amenities.

Bexley Trail over the Southern Oaks bridge, just to make it confusing.

The cart path passes right next to the Eastport construction area, so you'll be able to figure out the time within a few seconds or a minute at the most, depending on where you're trying to figure the endpoint.

I'll look for the blue cart.
