I will be there in a week (we are very part time for 2 more years) and I'll be able to see how long it will take going to Eastport over the Bexley (are we calling it Bexley or Southern Oaks?) bridge on the cart. I assume even if all the cart paths aren't open all the way to Eastport I'll be able to get a good idea. Don't worry, we won't ride in the construction area. 25 minutes to amenities? I'm confused. There are amenities right there in the center of Dabney - pool pickle ball courts, etc. Retail establishments are not amenities.

The cart path passes right next to the Eastport construction area, so you'll be able to figure out the time within a few seconds or a minute at the most, depending on where you're trying to figure the endpoint.

I'll look for the blue cart.
