Our Villages has a Whats App to keep communication going between neighbors, a web page, and AED's paid for by donations and volunteers to save lives. People here are friendly and helpful. Most people seem happy to me. I guess there may be exceptions to the rule everywhere, but there seem to be fewer exceptions here than the places I've been.
