I agree with that. But WHY are there so few Police? Is it to keep taxes lower? If people cost too much, then we should substitute with increased new technology. I thought that tickets could be issued when a traffic camera reveals a obvious unsafe driving action like weaving or speeding. Cameras should be more cost effective than more police in more vehicles.
