I never said the same time. When there is a car already in the roundabout from a previous entrance and a driver see the approaching car just wait until they go by. I recently was coming around in a traffic circle and a car entered in front of me which was fine but was followed by a second car that didn't even bother to wait at the stop sign. The second car was so close to the first car they almost came to a stop not to hit the back of the first car. That's what I'm talking about, but if you think this is alright then you must have been the one driving that second car.
