Wrong the driver on right has to exit at first or second (straight through exit) so there would be no cutting through, unless the m——- don’t know was in wrong lane to go to 3rd exit. Another thing vehicle entering at the first exit HAS to yield to vehicles IN the roundabout so they should not be in roundabout at all.
