I get annoyed at being reminded that *this* game is important because there is a famous person in the stands - see, there she is. And just in case you forgot, there she is again and again and .....
It's wonderful that she is there to support the guy she is dating. It's wonderful that Eminem is at the Lions game to support the team he likes. It's also wonderful that people in MD eat crabs. But none of that has anything to do with the game.
Swing the camera to show the random, excited fan or the fan doing something particularly noteworthy? Hey, that's fun. Swing the camera to the same fan time after time? Now it's becoming annoying.
The story should be the players on the field not the guests in the owner's box (or the menu at the restaurant down the street).
