The cement factory will go away over time, the sewage treatment center is hardly noticeable and will the prison really have an impact? You can't see the prison and I have not read of any recent escapes. The entire Village community would be at risk if there was a mass escape.

It is not the prison that is a big concern. The land is owned by the federal government. They can do what they please. Now that a city is being built, they may adjust their thinking and use the property for something else. I cannot tell you how many times owners bought by nonvillage land only to be surprised by what was built.
