I used TV property management last year with very unsuccessful results. My house was not found the way I left it (immaculate) and furniture was rearranged which really bothered me...I pulled out after 5 months. I am currently using a local rental agency and they have the house rented out for Jan-Mar. Hoping this new season will have better results...Good Luck on whatever way you chose...
