When I stated I thought it was an annual agreement, when I paid we’d be protected for the year. Was told their paperwork, which I have never seen, states it is self renewing. 😳 Appears I’m on the hook for $171. Beware!

Thanks for the reminder that we need to be aware of what’s self-renewing. On occasion I’ve been caught in the same situation, so understand why you’re annoyed.
