1) Yes, that's why I recommended not to watch them make the food. Pouring some cheap oil on the griddle before throwing your eggs on. Plus cheap bread and cheese, etc.
2) This one may mostly just be the Law of Averages. They have almost 2000 locations across 25 states and are open 24/7/365. All sorts of stuff is going to happen with that kind of availability.
