And if a 110lb Rottweiler rips your throat out your life is not at risk??? And a cart going 22 puts how many more lives at risk than a cart going 20???? Or a car "speeding" at 38 down BV is far, far more dangerous than one going 35, right???? Or more dangerous than a 90 year old that can't see over the steering wheel going 30?????
