The dealer fees are specifically mentioned in the "all inclusive price" so that there is no surprise fees they may try to slip in after agreeing to their "out the door" price. Typically they will say "everybody pays this no matter what". Something I never agree to.
It's all part of open and clear negotiating. What ever fees they might try to add are just excess profit, and that comes out of their final price. Edmunds doesn't list it because it is a made up thing to generate money.
Also, be aware that the invoice price is higher than what dealers actually pay. There are sales incentives, the dealer hold back, marketing assistance, and other money the dealer gets (or never pays) that makes buying below invoice still profitable for the dealer.
