Hi Kate - good to hear from you again! You asked about the Broadmoor being a new Villa model - yes it is and I am VERY excited about it! It's a 3 BR CYV, which has the same floor plan as the new Eagle (one of the Cabana Villas in the Kingfisher section of Pennecamp) and I positively
LOVE it. I think I may have bought the first one - not totally sure about that, but if not, then just one of the few that they presently have available. In the past, everytime I have bought a house, I always KNEW the minute I stepped inside that it was the one. I had searched for days and days on end. So many lovely villas but they just didn't reach out and grab me in that certain, special way. It was the 11th hour when I went inside this house and I knew it was meant for me! It's in the Jacaranda CYV's on Adair. It just had that knock out punch I was looking for!
