I want new. I've always been happier with my new purchases. And you are right, the question I'm posing is probably not fair as it is all speculation. I guess I threw it out there hoping for responses that help me decide between the choices in front of me. It would also be a no brainer for me if someone had inside info that they are definitely going to build another bridge across the turnpike further south in the future.

The responses have already helped provide some clarity and a couple more things to investigate. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
