ARC is there to ensure that all modifications to a property fall within the deed restrictions
THAT THE OWNER AGREED TO UPON PURCHASING THEIR HOME.. The best way to get rid of ARC is to move to a community without deed restrictions. Hope that the property there doesn't have 4 rusty cars up on blocks next door.
