Except those open to the public, like squares & shops. Oxford Oaks does have its own pool. It also looks to me like it is not a golf cart community. Not saying you couldn't own a cart & drive it to the pool, mailbox, & neighbors but no MMPs & no access to anywhere outside of the development.

So, yeah, many places not the Villages have lower prices.
