Default 10 year warrenty on structural issues here?
I just did a video walkthru with my short term renters and since I purchased the home preowned in 2022 there are many new cracks in the garage ceiling and walls. Do you know who to call for this as I will be there soon for a visit or Who can help fix this issue if they tell me no?
