The sign ("no golf carts beyond this point.") was erected by The Villages......a private entity.
Private signs do not determine law.............they are opinions/suggestions.

I watched an officer stop a golf cart yesterday from crossing over 466, the driver got out of her cart and starting stating her case. The officer made her turn around
