Just an FYI to everyone, if you go to:

Chapter 316 Section 2126 - 2019 Florida Statutes - The Florida Senate.

you will see the actual laws regarding golf carts in Florida. Bottom line, if you register & insure your cart…”street legal”…you can drive on any road posted 35mph or less. You can CROSS any other road posted over 35mph with a street legal cart only. If you don’t make your cart street legal you can only drive on paths inside subdivisions that have them, with their rules. THAT is the law.
