I live in Santiago near the Savanna Center and we have fiber. It was added to the neighborhood many years after the homes were built.

I have CenturyLink for Internet and use YouTube TV for all the regular stuff. 100+ channels and unlimited DVR all using Roku sticks on 3 TVs in the house and then we add and subtract other streaming channels like BritBox, Amazon, and Netflix as needed.
