You might want to take a look at 316.212(2)(a), 316.212(2)(b), and this wording from 316.212(1): Upon its determination that golf carts may be operated on a given road, the department shall post appropriate signs on the road to indicate that such operation is allowed. "I know there is a sign saying not to do it. I understand the Florida Statutes say it is not allowed. I know there is no sign saying it *is* allowed. But, it must be legal, I saw it in a post on ToTV." Yep, that will work.
