The Environmentalism as a Religion folks, seem oblivious to the fact that a huge percentage of what they view as pollution, has existed since the beginning of time and have helped make the earth what it is today.
It's unfortunate that uncontrolled burns aren't as practical today, as they were a few centuries ago, but that's the world we live in and part of the earth's evolutionary cycle we've chosen to interfere with.
The earth and civilization didn't begin the day today's Environmentalists arrived, it was around for centuries and doing just fine, without the nonsense and blather we have to hear every day from the revisionists.

I don't see environmentalists as terrible or stupid people. We all have large catalytic converters in our gasoline vehicles BECAUSE people in the US and elsewhere cared about air quality a long time ago. Personally, I wish that more people today would use electric vehicles and lawnmowers and small motorized tools like chain saws.
........People are living LONGER productive lives because they finally realized that smoking inside buildings causes lung cancer for all that would breathe the smoke in.
.........I see environmentalists simply as concerned citizens that would like to see human living conditions constantly improving.
