As far as home insurance goes, last summer Florida set an all time record for HEAT in the Gulf and on land. The next 5 to 8 years are expected to be hotter in the summer. The insurance companies know this and it makes sense that they want to leave Florida for a less climate volatile state. .....Maybe we should also?
