Are you paying for a cable box with that price? Lots of people do not keep up with technology and have no idea you no longer need a cable box as most companies have an app for cable but you do need a smart tv which is pretty common now. I would suggest you find where else you can find that 1 hour of tv from (YouTube tv (app) for example).
