I clocked several LSVs par carts and star carts at around 38 mph. Going up B/V. I was doing my civic duty while also breaking the posted speed limit. Which re-enforces my theory nobody licenses golf cart to go extra 5 miles per hour. They do it so they can go 35 plus.
