Actually, the tax rate is higher in Marion County, The Lady Lake portion of Lake County and the highest tax rate is in Fruitland Park. The lowest tax rate is in unincorporated part of The Villages in Sumter County, followed by the area in Wildwood and then unincorporated Lake County.
