There is also supposed to be a driving range and a golf teaching facility in Eastport.

And if you are in Eastport, you will be fairly close to Loblolly and Longleaf.

I do find it frustrating that the developer isn't more transparent on their plans. Supposedly, these things are planned years in advance.
