The camera system I was inquiring about is specifically for monitoring the activity of neighbors that leave "gifts" (not the "P" word) on the grass both in front of my house and along the side wall out of site of my front door. 3-5 times per week, every week for the past 5 years. 12 months a year. Not exclusive to snowbirds. Equal opportunity for both permanent residents and snowbirds.
People within this Village have recommended a camera system to identify the gift-givers and address my desire to stop receiving gifts.
I e-mailed the manager of security cameras that works in Districtgov.org asking if there were guidelines or regulations before going forward.

I knew someone who solved the problem by cutting a dry sponge into bite sized morsels and dipping them in bacon grease. Cruel to the dog, but the vet’s bill educated the irresponsible owner to take better care of the dog.
