I'm glad I read the entire thread to the last post, before I posted the exact same question.
I haven't been around TV long, but I've never heard of a golf course in TV being bulldozed.
Just a guess, but I doubt the CDD approval for the various districts would allow a golf course to be bulldozed and turned into houses. At least not without a major battle.
