And they replaced the pool and tennis court with the Cordoba Rec Center Complex (pool, tennis courts, etc). The concept of the country club pool membership was novel, but not a great idea. We had the pool membership for a year, the CC pools were always empty.
Once we built our own pool, not necessary.
