"Individuals may not sell alcoholic beverages, nor may they be distributed at the event
for group consumption, without proper Florida Liquor License. If service of alcoholic beverages
is authorized, the Applicant agrees to fully comply with all state and local laws and ordinances
concerning the service of such beverages."
Based on this part of the rules, I think that is the 'licensed' the OP was referring to. It would seem they either are already authorized or know what will be required to be authorized. This part of the rules would also explain the post about events with a bartender from one of the Country Clubs, because if the service was provided by the CC, they would hold the valid Florida liquor license. I don't think the OP will find an independent bartender who will fit the bill.
