Just a thought; those of you who would like to increase your golf handicap index, and generally play the "Championship" courses, should play the executive courses. They are now handicap rated and will increase your index exponentially. The greens are atrocious! I played Pelican today, and it should not have been open. (Posting a score would be an injustice to the handicap system). It would not surprise me if there are some who do not mind abusing the system to win a few bucks.
