Thumbs up Help for knee pain

I buy Diclofenac on Amazon for my arthritis and other deep pain in my hands & knees. It works within minutes and lasts. It’s an orange tube and it contains a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory (common in well known products like Voltaren and others). Buying this version works better and is cheaper. Please try it!

So if you found one that worked well that is what I am looking for, I will be going back to my doctor in a few weeks, so I do not need a doctor referral UNLESS this would be required for a specific creme (CBD based?)
Thank you for any information.
